The military accents here are playfullly reminiscent of the Beatles' Sgt Pepper
album cover. A daring silk and voile number, this luscious silk blouse is a
classic dare. Ruffles tame wildly peekaboo-ish center front and back panels
that are accented by an exposed zipper. A ruffly skirt adds flare and softens
the boxy top. Ultra fine stitches were used in the construction of this delicate
number. I'll layer this over dark slim jeans to highlight its cute boxy shape.
